Returns
You can return the product within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt. Return costs will be borne by the buyer. Shellshock will refund the full amount paid (including shipping costs) using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
To proceed with the return, you must start the process by directly informing the selling establishment by email or telephone. Changes or returns of products without their original packaging, wrapper, seal or labels will not be accepted; that are not in their original state or that have been used; custom items; and items sealed for health or hygiene.
